Delicious! Crisp, light, and fluffy.
I found Udi's GF plain bagels in the freezer health food section at a local grocery store. 4 come in a bag and I paid about $5.50 for them. I toasted a bagel last night (one with homemade strawberry jam and the other with simple peanut butter) and they are delicious! Very light, fluffy, and no gf aftertaste. They are slightly denser than a regular bagel, but still delicious! I even shared a bite with my husband to get a non-gf opinion and he wanted another bite!
