My Pantry - Udi's Pizza Crust

Thin, crispy, and quick to prepare!

My mom recommended this gf pizza crust, and since there are some Udi's coupons this month I wanted to try it. I also found it in the frozen health food aisle in the grocery store. Two 8-inch crusts come in a package for about $4-$5. I added my toppings (sauce, apple, onion, cheese, and spices) and cooked for about 10 minutes. I love thin crust pizza, and this tastes great! Next time, I'm going to pre-heat my pizza stone and cook it a few minutes longer to get a crispier pizza crust. I really like this pizza crust and I'm glad I have a few more in the freezer. And, it passes my (non-gf) husband's test too - "Mmm...I like this!"

  1. This is the best frozen pizza shell I've found yet! I live above my in-law's pizza shop so they always keep them on hand for me.
