My Pantry - Blue Diamond Smokehouse Nut-Thins

October is National Celiac Awareness Month. In honor of it, mambosprouts.com has some gf coupons to print. I printed a q for Blue Diamond Nut-Thins and tried the Smokehouse variety last tonight with cheddar cheese.

Overall, they have great flavor - the smokiness came through but isn't overwhelming. I would classify the Nut-Thins as crisp, not a cracker. It's a good gf cracker replacement, but I still wish I could find a buttery, gf cracker like my favorite Ritz!
